About Us

MILKFISH Bakeshop is a pop-up bakeshop  inspired by the Philippines. It officially started in June 2020 in Las Vegas, NV, by us: Kimmie and Josh Mcintosh. We hosted online bake sales with Bakers Against Racism, and donated all proceeds. To date, we have raised over $6.200 for various nonprofit organizations.

In Feb 2022, we started to pop-up at Vegas Test Kitchen in downtown Las Vegas. We also began to take part in various special events in the area, including Pine Dining at Mt. Charleston Lodge, Asian Night Market, and Space and Time: Vegas' 1st Filipino Night Market.
